Angel Food Ministries in Brookfield

The Brookfield United Methodist Church is the township's local host site for this exciting nationally known program of Angel Food Ministries, a nonprofit, nondemoninational organization dedicated to providing groceries relief to communities all across the USA. March Distribution days: March 29 8-11 a.m. at the Brookfield Administration Building. April orders taken: Wednesday April 2 and Thursday April 3 from
8-11 a.m. at the Brookfield Methodist Church, Saturday, April 5 from 9-10 a.m. also at the church and April 26 from 8-10 p.m. distribution day (pickup) at the Administration Building.

Penn State Shenango open house for Adult Learners

An Adult Open House will be held at Penn State Shenango at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, in Lecture hall room 223. Adults who are considering enrolling in the campus' summer or fall semesters are encouraged to attend. You will learn about financial aid, available degree programs, and the admissions process.
You'll also hear first-hand from current adult students how the Shenango campus is helping make their academic and career goals a reality. Bring your high school transcripts, college transcripts or GED for possible immediate evaluation. For more information or to register, call 724-983-2803.

Greenberger lecture to feature Ray Suarez of The NewsHour

Penn State Shenango is pleased to announce that Ray Suarez, senior correspondent, The NewsHour, will speak at this year's Greenberger Family Memorial Lecture on Monday, April 7 at 7 p.m. in the campus auditorium. The event, which is free and open to the public, is general admission seating. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

Hickory United Methodist clothing sale

Good Used Clothing Sale is being held at the Hickory United Methodist Church 240 N. Hermitage Rd. on RT 18, next to the Shenango Valley Mall. Friday, May 2 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Saturday Mary 3 9-11:30 a.m. and Saturday is bargain day at $1 per bag.
