Healing drum circle

Tuesday, April 8, 6:30-8:30 p.m. join Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center for a Healing Drum Circle at Villa Maria Community Center.
They warmly welcome you to join the Healing Drum Circle. It is an evening of drumming, chanting, healing, meditation and learning the ancient wisdom of the native American culture.
Facilitator Pat Evans-Morris, MS, LPCC, LICDC is a licensed mental health counselor, licensed chemical dependency counselor and national presenter of rhythm therapy and yoga seminars. Pat has taught Drum Therapy, Dancing and the healing Arts for 27 years.

Spaghetti dinner

The Grace Lutheran Church, 162 S. Raccoon Rd., will be holding a spaghetti and meatball dinner Sunday, April 13 from 3-6 p.m.
Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 3-10, and free for those under the age of three. Carry outs are available. For more information call the church office at 330-792-5889 which is open Tuesday-Friday, 8 a.m.-noon.

Masury United Methodist Church roast beef dinner

The Masury United Methodist Church will be holding a roast beef dinner and Chinese auction on Satuday, April 12 at the Brookfield Fire Hall 774 SR 7 from 4-7 p.m. The dinner will be served buffet style and take-outs will be available. The donation is adults $8, ages 3-12 are $4, and children 2 and under are free. Tickets available to purchase at the door or call the church at 330-448-1643. Hubbard Middle School
instructional volleyball camp

The Hubbard Middle School Instructional Volleyball Camp for girls entering grades 5-8 will be held June 9-10-11, 9 AM-Noon, at Hubbard High School. Price is $50 (includes camp t-shirt).

Scrapbookers and Stampers meet at a new time and date

Youth Coaches needed

The Hubbard Little Eagles are looking for individuals who want to volunteer their time to instruct some of Hubbard's youth in the skills of football and cheerleading. This is a task that will definitely give back when you see the smiles on the kids' faces. Hubbard Volleyball meeting

On Tuesday, April 22, The coaches of Hubbard Volleyball will hold an organizational meeting. This meeting is for any girl (entering grades 7th thru 12th) interested in playing volleyball for Hubbard. the coaches will be discussing schedules, open gyms and camps. It is mandatory that a parent attend with the child as there will be papers to fill out. The meeting well be held in the Reed School Cafeteria at 7 p.m.

R.S.P.A. Community Easter egg hunt rescheduled

Due to inclement weather and conditions at Harding Park, the annual R.S.P.A./Community Easter egg hunt has been rescheduled  again for Saturday, April 12 at Harding Park. New this year will be live bunnies to pet. Festivities begin around 11:30 a.m. near bandstand.
