The Hubbard Optimist Club held their annual "Respect For Law" banquet on May 20th at Frankie's Restaurant. The "Respect For Law" banquet is held to honor a township and city police officer and a firefighter, who have displayed outstanding work in the last year. The Chiefs of these officers spoke about each one and why they deserve to be honored. They were then rewarded with a great dinner and each received an engraved plaque presented by Optimist Chairman George Praznik.
