Western Square and Line Dance March 29

North Bloomfield Town Hall will be holding a Western Square and Line Dance on Saturday, March 29 from 7-10 p.m. Admission is $4 for adults and $3 for kids. Aluminum can recycle drive

There will be a aluminum can recycle drive for Douglas Coward, burn survivor of Newton Falls, Saturday, April 5 from 8:30 a.m.-noon.
The event will be at Sorrento's Restaurant back parking lot, 2488 Parkman Rd. NW in Warren. Any question, call Connie at 330-399-4395.
Cat food cans must be in separate bags as they are weighed on a different scale. Also, pop tabs must be removed to be donated to the National Kidney Foundation. Donations will also be accepted.

ISO/TS Network meeting

Bristol Public Library
Holiday Closing

The Bristol Public Library will be closed Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22 in observance of the Easter holiday.  The library will resume regular business hours on Monday, March 24 at 8 a.m.

VFW Post Sunday breakfast

Johnston VFW Post 7614 is having a Sunday Breakfast March 30 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Order from a menu of eggs, sausage, bacon, sausage gravy over biscuits, pancakes, toast and juice, coffee or milk.
The Johnston VFW is located one mile west of Johnston Center on St. Rt. 5, between Cortland and Johnston.

Spaghetti dinner cancelled

Alpha Chapter #44 Order of the Eastern Star has cancelled the March Spaghetti dinner for March 22 due to Easter.
The next dinner will be Saturday, April 26 at the Masonic Temple in West Farmington.

Opal Chapter #181 is sponsoring a fundraiser Spaghetti Dinner Saturday, March 29,4-7 p.m. It will be held at the Cortland Masonic Lodge, 3263 Everett Hull Rd. Adults are $6, children 5-11 $3 and children 4 years and under are free.. The menu includes homemade meatballs, salad bar, dessert, drinks and all the spaghetti you can eat. Association

The Johnston Firemen Association will be having a Chinese auction, Bake Sale, and possible car wash (weather permitting) on March 22 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. with a special Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. The Johnston Firemen event will be held a fourth mile east of RT 193 on RT 88, 4424 Greenville Rd.
