The Howland SCOPE Center will hold a "Township Presents" Thursday, March 27 from noon-1:30 p.m. Tailored after the old fashion town hall meetings, township residents and SCOPE members are invited to register for a free lunch and meet with their township personnel and SCOPE director. This will include a good question and answer forum. Reservations are a must by calling 330-609-7806, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
