Autumn Beauty

The Reason for the season, is the splendor of it all
As the leaves begin to gently fall, upon the earth this fall.
The gentle breeze blows through the trees, as the wind kicks up
The leaves begin to rustle, and gently do their dance.
Down the hill and across the road and land upon an open field.
The field becomes a blanket of beauty, with its many colorful shades
One cannot deny the beauty of it all cause God is the greatest
Artist who created the beauty of fall.

The Republican ticket, John McCain and Sarah Palin, stopped at the Vienna Air Force base for a party rally. Over 7,000 Republicans packed the base to hear the presidential candidate speak. Senator McCain tried to ease the fear of an economic collapse to local voters. Gov. Palin spoke for about 15 minutes  energizing the party as allows. Both parties  are showing massive interest in the Valley and Ohio in general, rightfully so. In 2004 Bush's victory could primarily be attributed to winning midwestern states like Ohio. A few days later Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Joe Biden stop by downtown speaking about "Change" (the parties platform) but not really touching, as usual, in how that "change" is going to come about. With the election less than six weeks away and Ohio still up in the air both candidates will probably be revisiting the surrounding area's to grab some last second support.
Current polls have Obama leading McCain by only 1%. There's no doubting that the election will be won in the last few days of the race. Every vote counts, contact your local government offices to register to vote before the registration deadline!
