People need to consider detoxification of their body as a way to reduce weight, improve health, and reduce allergies, said Tammy Delliquadri, director of the Health, Wellness and Nurtrition Center in Youngstown. She challenged members to reduce exposure to toxins in our water, processed foods, bad fats, alcohol and carbonated beverages, medications, shampoos and inhaled smoke. As volunteer Erica Cunningham listened to the program, she was given a Ion Detox Foot Bath, which is a way to determine the amount and kinds of toxins in her body to allow remediation. Tammy gave a very informative talk to Rotarians at their weekly meeting at the Saxon Club.
