Help landscape our school "Community Awareness Day"

CONTRIBUTED PHOTO.

Southeast High School is in need of landscaping.  It was devoid of all previous landscaping after the completion of the Ohio School Facility Commission building project.  SELDTA Public Relations Committee, in conjunction with the SHS Horticulture class hopes to remedy this problem by spearheading a Southeast High School Beautification Project.
We hope to finalize the project by hosting a Community Awareness Day on Saturday, May 24. Community Awareness Day will be a great opportunity to get together and make the outside of our school as beautiful as the inside.  In addition to the plantings on May 24, we will be decorating for Memorial Day.
This undertaking is a cost that SELDTA and the Horticulture class cannot fund alone.  We are hoping community members can help out.  Horticulture class teachers, Ben Campbell and Lisa Arnold suggest that cash donations would be most helpful to ensure a unified, professional appearance.  If people do want to donate plants or bushes, they should call Becky Dunn or check with Ben or Lisa.   Anyone who wishes to make a donation should contact Becky Dunn, SELDTA Public Relations Committee Chairperson, at 330-654-5841 (work) or 330-358-7155 (home). All donations are tax deductible.  In addition, we welcome anyone with horticulture experience to donate his or her time and expertise to help ensure our project's success.
