Lynn "Jr." Battison Named 2007 Employee of the Year for Shepherd of the Valley
Trapper celebrates 80th
Lynn "Jr." Battison was recently named the 2007 Employee of the Year for Shepherd of the Valley-Howland where he has worked in the maintenance department for five years. When asked why he was nominated for employee of the year, Director of Maintenance Jim Deitch stated, "Jr. is my most trusted employee. He has old school Ethics and really cares about our residents and the facility. He takes pride in his job, can be counted on to put in extra time when needed and goes out of his way to ensure things are done properly.
